Have you ever tried to open a website from a command prompt? You must be wondering how is that even possible. But I would like to again tell you that I am asking you about opening or starting a website in a web browser from command prompt, I am not asking you to access a website in command line.
Their is a difference between both of these terms. In this tutorial I will tell you how to open a website from command prompt in windows using Internet Explorer, and here it is:-
- Click the Start button on your Desktop
- Select Run
- Type “iexplore http://www.example.com”, you can replace example.com with the domain of your preferred website.
